🕐 Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and packed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods. We will arrange shipment as soon as possible.

Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. It is our goal to have your order to you within a week, up to 10 days pending any shipping delays.
Backordered products will be shipped as soon as they are available.

💸 Shipping Rates
Free international shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Surcharge for select regions: Due to higher logistics costs, orders shipped to the following countries/regions will incur an additional shipping fee of $6.80 USD:
Angola, Argentina, Colombia, Kenya, Madagascar, Malta, Morocco, Réunion, South Africa, Uganda
The surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout. The final amount displayed at checkout is what you will pay.
🛃 Duties & Import Taxes
We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — no additional charges upon delivery.
- Duties & Taxes Included: All prices include customs duties and import taxes for the destination country. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
- DDP Shipping: We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning all customs clearance and fees are handled by us before your package arrives.
- No Surprise Charges: The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay — no hidden customs fees or unexpected charges at your door.
- Customs Clearance: International shipments may require additional time for customs processing. This is already included in the estimated delivery timeframe above (12–16 business days).
- Special Cases: In rare instances, destination customs authorities may conduct additional inspections or levy special charges on certain product categories. Should this occur, we will contact you promptly and assist in resolving the matter.

❌ Shipping Restrictions
Due to local regulations, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific countries. You will be notified at checkout if your location has restrictions.
We are currently unable to ship to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and other regions subject to international sanctions or logistics restrictions.
